Johnson & Johnson MedTech in Juarez City seeks a Site Technical Operations Manager to lead engineering operations with a focus on process automation, quality compliance, and regulatory readiness.

You will direct projects, manage budgets, and foster continuous improvement while developing engineering talent and aligning site goals with global best practices.

Collaborate across functions to deliver safe, efficient, and compliant manufacturing solutions that advance patient outcomes.

Formación

• BS, MS, or PhD in Engineering required.
• 8–10 years manufacturing/design engineering experience.
• Experience with process automation.
• P.E. license desirable.
• Strong communication and teamwork in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to develop project plans and manage budgets.

Responsabilidades

• Create and institute career development programs for the engineering team.
• Direct engineering projects and studies from planning to completion.
• Ensure compliance with QSR and OSHA/JSJ guarding requirements.
• Develop site engineering goals and ensure targets are met.
• Manage capital budget and spending for the site.
• Collaborate with Ethicon global engineering network and other sites.
• Drive continuous improvement and share best practices.
