Form Energy is seeking a Staff Electrical Engineer to lead full lifecycle PCBA design for battery management and energy storage systems. This hands-on hardware design role covers from concept through validation, manufacturing, and long-term support.

You will own end-to-end development, perform DFMEA/CFMEA, collaborate with mechanical, firmware, and test teams, and ensure high-power, high-voltage safety-compliant designs.

Formación

• Strong PCBA design experience using Altium and full development cycle.
• Experience with high-voltage and high-power designs.
• AC/DC power systems, SMPS, LDOs, gate drivers, motor drivers.

Responsabilidades

• Own end-to-end PCBA development from concept to manufacturing.
• Schematic capture and PCB layout oversight.
• Design release, verification, and board bring-up.
• DFMEA/CFMEA, electrical block diagrams, simulations, tests.
• Create documentation including test results and root-cause analyses.
