Amazon is seeking a Shift Manager for the Sub Same Day (SSD) program at a delivery station in Mexico. You will lead front-line operations, owning the full shift cycle from induction through final dispatch, while coordinating with cross-functional teams and Delivery Service Partners to meet outbound/inbound targets.

You will balance hands-on leadership with planning, act as the main escalation point for disruptions, and uphold safety and quality standards under tight delivery commitments.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• 1+ years of employee and performance management experience.
• Flexible schedule including weekends, nights, and/or holidays.
• Ability to push/pull wheeled dollies up to 100 pounds.
• Fluent in English (speak, read, write).

They also balance hands-on floor leadership with execution planning and structured shift handoffs, maintaining active coordination with cross-functional teams within the station, the SSD program, and Delivery Service Partners. As the primary escalation point for operational disruptions, this leader ensures outbound and inbound performance targets are met while upholding safety and quality standards under tight delivery commitments.

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• 1+ years of employee and performance management experience
• Work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays
• Can push and pull wheeled dollies loaded with products up to 100 pounds during shifts
• Speak, write, and read fluently in English

Preferred Qualifications

• 1+ years of performance metrics, process improvement or lean techniques experience
• MBA, or Master's degree
