Job summary

Infosys in Monterrey seeks a seasoned reliability engineer to own monitoring, incident response, and SLO/SLI strategies across platforms.

Qualifications

• Hands-on development of monitoring, logging, and alerting frameworks (Grafana, Prometheus).
• Lead incident response, SLO/SLI strategy, and toil reduction through automation.
• Strong experience with Kubernetes, CI/CD, and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform).
• Experience with Azure DevOps, Linux, Git, Puppet/Ansible.
• Collaborate with development teams to embed reliability into architecture.
