Qualifications

• 5+ years of recruiting experience with a focus on technical roles.
• Experience recruiting in Mexico, preferably Guadalajara.
• Fluency in Spanish and English (written and verbal).

Responsibilities

• Own the full-cycle recruiting process with emphasis on hiring manager partnership and candidate advocacy.
• Consult with hiring managers on technical and business roles and Mexico-market strategies.
• Proactively source candidates, build diverse pipelines in Guadalajara and nearby regions.
• Facilitate interview and decision-making with panelists, managers, and leadership across time zones.
• Drive offers in collaboration with managers, leadership, and HR to ensure market-aligned compensation.
• Create a positive candidate experience from outreach to offer.
• Maintain a strong network in Guadalajara's tech ecosystem and stay abreast of market trends.
• Monitor recruitment metrics to refine processes and drive COE growth.

Are you ready for an amazing opportunity to shape the future of real estate through technology? As a Senior Recruiter at JLL Technologies in Mexico, you will play a crucial role in establishing and scaling our Center of Excellence (COE) in Guadalajara.

This role is perfect for a seasoned recruiting professional with a strong background in technical roles and experience building teams in a COE or nearshore environment. You'll source, attract, and close top talent across engineering, technology, and business support functions for JLL Technologies' Mexico operations. You'll collaborate with AMER and global leaders to anticipate hiring needs and build a robust, localized talent pipeline in Guadalajara.

As a Senior Recruiter, you'll have direct access to our leadership team, providing valuable market insights and directly contributing to our talent acquisition strategy for the Mexico COE. You'll have the autonomy to own the entire recruiting process, supporting hiring managers and advocating for the best candidates while navigating the unique opportunities of the Guadalajara talent market.

Responsibilities

• - Own the full-cycle recruiting process with an emphasis on strong hiring manager partnership and effective candidate advocacy
• - Serve as a consultative partner to hiring managers, understanding technical and business support roles and advising on hiring strategies tailored to the Mexico market
• - Proactively source candidates through advanced methods, engaging passive talent and building a diverse talent pool in Guadalajara and surrounding regions
• - Facilitate interview and hiring decision-making processes with interview panelists, hiring managers, and leadership across time zones
• - Drive offer process while partnering with hiring managers, leadership, and HR teams, ensuring competitive compensation aligned with local market standards
• - Create a positive candidate experience as you oversee the recruitment process from outreach to offer to attract and secure niche talent in a competitive COE landscape
• - Maintain a strong professional network in the Guadalajara tech ecosystem, keeping on top of market trends to position JLLT as an employer of choice
• - Understand and action on recruitment metrics (conversion rates, time-to-hire, etc.) to refine processes and implement best practices for COE growth
• - Innovate, take informed risks, and drive moonshots to advance our craft and achieve ambitious COE expansion goals

Basic Qualifications:

• - 5+ years of recruiting experience with a focus on technical roles, including hands-on experience recruiting for Software, Cloud and Data Engineers, AI, or other highly specialized technology sectors
• - Proven experience recruiting in Mexico, preferably in Guadalajara or other major technology hubs
• - Fluency in Spanish and English (written and verbal)

Preferred Qualifications:

• - Experience building or scaling a COE, nearshore team, or technology hub from the ground up
• - Proficiency with recruitment tech stack including but not limited to: Workday (ATS), LinkedIn, HireEZ, Paradox, HiredScore
• - Proven track record of successfully sourcing and hiring passive candidates in fast-paced agile environments
• - Ability to adapt quickly to new requirements within an entrepreneurial team
• - In-depth knowledge of full-cycle recruiting (agency or in-house)
• - Strong negotiation and communication skills, with cultural awareness and sensitivity
• - Ability to work autonomously and lead recruiting projects across multiple stakeholders and geographies
• - Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills
• - Deep understanding of the Guadalajara talent market, compensation trends, and competitive landscape
• - Experience partnering with global teams and navigating cross-border hiring processes
