JLL is hiring a Regional Transaction Manager to deliver real estate transactions and portfolio management for major regional and global clients across Latin America. The role requires leadership in transaction processes, market data review, and cross-functional collaboration with local brokers and legal teams.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in real estate, strong Excel/PowerPoint skills, and excellent English.

Formación

• Real estate professional with experience working in commercial property (offices/retail preferred).
• Degree holder with minimum 5 years real estate experience, international exposure and/or corporate clients.
• Excellent computer literacy; proficient in Excel, Word and PowerPoint.

Responsabilidades

• Provide comprehensive real estate strategy and excellence in transaction management delivery.
• Lead kick-off and manage full transaction processes for leases, relocations, renewals, rent reviews, subleases, dispositions and terminations.

What this job involves

The Transaction Management role will be working with important regional and global JLL Corporate Clients. This professional will have the opportunity to learn and get involved with some of our main global accounts, delivering real estate transactions, portfolio management and strategy services throughout Latin America.

Work Address: Throughout the country
Work Schedule:monday to Friday 8 am to 5 pm
Gross Weekly or Monthly Salary: $85,000 Negotiable based on expectations and experience
Work Modality: Hybrid

What is your day to day?

• Provide comprehensive real estate strategy and excellence in transaction management delivery
• Responsible for kick-off and management of the entire transaction process for new lease acquisitions, relocations, renewals, rent reviews, subleases, owned property dispositions and early terminations
• Ensure seamless communication, consistent follow up and timely receipt of all deliverables from legal counsel (internal/external), analysts and local brokers
• Collect client requirements, obtain market data, review market reports, retain JLL and non-JLL brokers, oversee site selection and site evaluation
• Work closely with JLL local brokers to get the best results leveraging your knowledge and insights into your client business needs and culture
• Project tracking and milestones management; forecast and track commission revenues and rebates
• Manage communication between client CRE team and JLL in-country specialists; ensure timeliness and accuracy of deliverables including timelines, cash flows, presentations and approvals

Desired experience and technical skills

• Real estate professional with experience working in commercial property (experience working with offices and retail is optimal)
• A degree holder with a minimum of 5 years of real estate experience, preferably with international exposure and/or corporate clients
• Excellent computer literacy, highly proficient in using Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint
• Exposure and experience in dealing with multinational corporate organizations
• Possess strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport
• Commercially aware and financially astute
• Understanding the real estate transaction process
• Excellent communication skills
• Financial planning and analytical skills and attention to detail
• People management skills
• Excellent English
