DiDi Global is seeking a Strategy Business Partner Senior Analyst to turn data into strategic decisions for LatAm operations, including DiDi Food. You will partner with cross-functional teams to analyze performance, identify opportunities, and drive efficiency.

You will use SQL, Python, and BI tools to craft insights, monitor KPIs, and present actionable recommendations to leadership, contributing to growth in a fast-paced mobility platform.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 2–4 years in strategy, consulting, or data analytics, preferably in tech, consulting, or a fast-paced corporate environment.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and advanced Excel.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
• Excellent problem-solving and proactive approach to improvement.
• Clear communication with stakeholders and senior leadership.

Team Overview

Are you a data-driven strategist with a passion for turning insights into action? As a Strategy Business Partner Senior Analyst, you’ll be the go-to expert for data-driven decision-making, working directly with cross-functional teams across Latam to drive impactful initiatives and operational efficiencies. You’ll leverage your expertise in data analysis to uncover insights and shape strategy. Role Responsibilities

Role Qualifications

• Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and advanced Excel skills.


• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex data into actionable isnights.


• Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying opportunities for improvement.


• Clear Communicator - you are a clear and concise communicator with the ability to synthesize a lot of information quickly and highlight the key insights.


• Fluent in English and Spanish
