DiDi Global Inc. is seeking an Intern for the Mexico Moto team to support analytics and data-driven decision making. You will work on high-impact projects across LatAm, applying advanced analytics to influence business outcomes in a fast-paced environment.

You will analyze data, build dashboards, and collaborate with strategy, operations, product and commercial teams to drive supply and demand growth and strengthen DiDi Moto leadership in ride-hailing markets.

Formación

• Availability for at least 12 months internship.
• Strong analytical skills with large datasets using SQL and Python.
• Ability to translate data into clear insights and actionable recommendations.
• Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.

Our Mexico Moto team is looking for an Intern with strong analytical skills, passionate about solving complex problems and supporting commercial decision-making through data. This role is a unique opportunity to work on high-impact projects across Latam, applying advanced analytics to directly influence business outcomes in a fast-paced, innovative environment.

In this role, you’ll be at the intersection of data, strategy, and operations, ensuring that insights are transformed into actions that drive supply and demand growth and strengthen DiDi Moto leadership in the ride-hailing market.

In this role, you'll be...

• Analyzing datasets using SQL and Python to uncover insights that drive strategic decisions;
• Building predictive models and statistical analyses to evaluate restaurant performance and forecast business trends;
• Designing and executing data experiments (e.g., causal inference methods, uplift modeling, or time-series analysis) to measure the impact of initiatives and promotions;
• Creating dashboards and data visualizations to provide clear and actionable insights to the commercial team;
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams (strategy, operations, product, and commercial) to translate data into concrete business actions;
• Contributing to scalable analytical frameworks that improve decision-making and operational efficiency across markets;
• Automating recurring analyses and reporting to increase efficiency and accuracy in business monitoring;
• Exploring new data sources and methodologies to continuously improve how we understand restaurant and customer behavior.

• Students with availability for an at least 12 months internship;
• Strong analytical skills and experience working with large datasets using SQL and Python;
• The ability to translate complex data into clear insights and actionable recommendations;
• Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, or similar) to build impactful dashboards is a nice to have;
• A problem-solving mindset, with curiosity to explore data and identify opportunities for growth;
• Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams;
• A passion for leveraging data and technology to improve business performance.
