Carrier Global Corporation oversees production operations, supervising entry to intermediate professionals and team leaders to meet day-to-day goals. The role focuses on guiding scheduling, cell sequencing, quality adherence, and continuous improvement across complex cells to maximize productivity.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's in Engineering, 5+ years in manufacturing, and experience with WCM and Lean methodologies, plus strong project management and English communication skills.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar position within a manufacturing environment.
• Experience with World Class Manufacturing (WCM) methodologies.
• Proven experience implementing Lean Manufacturing principles and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Strong project management and project administration skills.
• Understanding of basic management practices, including work scheduling, task prioritization, coaching, team development, and process execution.
• EHS Background.
• Conversational English proficiency (spoken and written).

• Guides cost reduction and process improvement to ensure efficiency and cost effectiveness.
• Plans and executes scheduling for multiple cells or a complex cell to meet production schedules.
• Guides sequencing of work for multiple cells or a complex cell to optimize productivity.
• Supervises materials and logistics problem resolution for multiple cells or a complex cell to ensure availability of materials and smooth operations.
• Manages cell performance and productivity for multiple cells or a complex cell to maximize productivity.
• Guides production innovation, including additive manufacturing, for multiple cells or a complex cell to enhance production capabilities.
• Interfaces with customers to understand needs and ensure satisfactory service.

Summary
This position supervises entry and intermediate professional level employees or team leaders of production employees and sets day-to-day goals. Manages cell productivity and guides scheduling, sequencing of work, and production innovation to optimize production.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervises activities for materials and logistics problem resolution for multiple cells or a complex cell to ensure availability of materials and smooth operations.
• Manages cell performance and productivity for multiple cells or a complex cell to maximize productivity.
• Guides production innovation, including additive manufacturing, for multiple cells or a complex cell to enhance production capabilities.
• Interfaces with customers to understand customer needs and issues and ensure that the customers receive satisfactory standards of service.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar position within a manufacturing environment.
• Experience with World Class Manufacturing (WCM) methodologies.
• Proven experience implementing Lean Manufacturing principles and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Strong project management and project administration skills.
• Understanding of basic management practices, including work scheduling, task prioritization, coaching, team development, and process execution.
