ZF Group seeks a Raw Material Planner Scheduler for its Juárez I Plant. The role focuses on planning and coordinating materials, managing supplier communications, and ensuring on-time material availability to support uninterrupted production.

Ideal candidates hold a bachelor’s degree in engineering or related fields, with APICS/CPIM or equivalent certifications preferred. Bilingual proficiency is mandatory, and strong knowledge of SAP MM/PP is essential.

• APICS/CPIM or supply chain certifications preferred.
• Fully bilingual is required.
• Experience in procurement, material planning, supply chain, raw material planning, MRO planning, and inventory control.

Responsabilidades

• Generate and maintain raw material and MRO reports to support planning and inventory decisions.
• Develop and manage priority and importation lists in collaboration with Production and cross-functional teams.
• Issue weekly supplier releases and maintain communications with suppliers for material availability and on-time deliveries.
• Provide material availability and status updates to internal customers and stakeholders.
• Participate in cross-functional meetings to align material planning with production and supply chain activities.
• Coordinate with logistics providers to track shipments and ensure on-time delivery to the warehouse.
• Monitor and resolve shortages and supply issues to support uninterrupted production.

We are currently seeking a Raw Material Planner Scheduler for our Juárez I Plant (Intermex Industrial Park).

What You Can Expect as a Raw Material Planner Scheduler:

• Generate and maintain Raw Material and MRO reports to support planning and inventory decisions.
• Develop and manage priority and importation lists in collaboration with Production, validating inventory availability and providing status updates to cross-functional teams.
• Issue weekly supplier releases and maintain ongoing direct communication with suppliers to ensure material availability and timely deliveries.
• Provide material availability and status updates to internal customers and stakeholders.
• Participate in cross-functional meetings to align material planning, production requirements, and supply chain activities.
• Coordinate with logistics providers and carriers, tracking shipments and ensuring on-time delivery to the warehouse.
• Monitor and resolve material shortages and supply issues, supporting uninterrupted production.Collaborate with multiple departments to ensure effective inventory management and supply chain execution.

Your Profile as a Raw Material Planner Scheduler:

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, or related field; APICS/CPIM, Procurement, or Supply Chain certifications highly preferred. Fully Bilingual is a must.
3-5 years of experience in Procurement, Material Planning, Supply Chain, Raw Material Planning, MRO Planning, and Inventory Control, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
Advanced proficiency in SAP MM/PP, LP1 modules, and other ERP systems.
Strong expertise in MRP, Supply Planning, Material Availability, MRO Management, Min/Max parameters, and Cycle Counting.
Advanced knowledge of planning and scheduling methodologies to ensure material availability and operational continuity.
Strong background in Inventory Management, Global Tracker, Shortage Reports, Priority Lists, and end-to-end material flow processes.
Solid understanding of Logistics KPIs and their impact on daily manufacturing and supply chain operations.
Advanced Supplier Relationship Management (SRM) skills, including leading supplier meetings, driving performance improvements, resolving supply issues, and ensuring on-time material availability.
