Formación

• 5+ years of professional experience in backend or server-side development.
• Proven track record delivering large-scale projects in Go, Java, C++, Rust, or similar languages.
• Strong understanding of backend fundamentals including SQL databases, networking, and security.
• Basic familiarity with frontend technologies (HTML, JavaScript, CSS) and at least one modern framework.
• Proficiency in rigorous software development practices including version control, code reviews, CI/CD pipelines.
• Familiarity with controls engineering concepts, manufacturing processes, and PLCs.
• Excellent communication skills and demonstrated ability to lead technical initiatives.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver high-quality, maintainable code that addresses real-world manufacturing challenges.
• Lead end-to-end projects from requirements gathering to production deployment.
• Bridge communication gaps between factory floor equipment and high-level MES services.
• Tackle problems across the stack from debugging PLC communications to ensuring data consistency.
• Mentor engineers and uphold global standards of excellence in software craftsmanship.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Operations, Manufacturing Engineering, Quality, and Supply Chain.
