Genpact in Mexico is seeking a Sr. Specialist - S&P - Contract Management to lead procurement contract activities. You will draft, review, and redline agreements using standard templates, and manage the full contract lifecycle from inception to closure.

The role requires strong business acumen, the ability to assess risk, and hands-on experience with contract lifecycle systems. This is a hybrid position based in Jalisco with opportunities to impact global supplier relationships.

Formación

• Bachelor's degrees in business, engineering, or supply chain fields.
• Masters in Operations Management preferred.
• CCO certification beneficial.
• English proficiency required (C2).

Responsabilidades

• Draft, review, and redline procurement contracts using standard templates.
• Manage contract lifecycle from inception to closure.
• Prepare master agreements, statements of work, and licenses.
• Assist legal teams in negotiating terms with suppliers.
• Update Contract Management System and maintain centralized files.

Job Description Roles and Responsibilities: Drafting, reviewing, redlining procurement contracts using standard templates and guidelines. Manage the contract lifecycle from inception of an agreement through contract closure Prepare contracts, including master agreements, statements of work, licensing agreements, renewals, amendments, and other similar agreements using based standard templates and guidelines. Assist Contracts resources/ legal team in their negotiation of legal terms with suppliers. Update Contract Management System and maintain centralized file storage system Good working knowledge of business concepts and terminology, and the ability to assess business risk when making decisions concerning contractual commitments Working knowledge of a Contract Lifecycle Management System Strong customer service skillsets, which include the ability to interact with executive level management and present information in a clear and concise format
