Job summary

Genpact is hiring a Service Delivery Manager - Supply Chain - Procurement to lead end-to-end sourcing operations and ensure alignment with strategic procurement goals. The role emphasizes AI-powered transformation, vendor management, and cross-functional collaboration.

The ideal candidate will drive continuous improvement, monitor KPIs, and guide sourcing teams in delivering measurable value across global enterprises. Hybrid work is available in Mexico.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level commerce, economics or finance background.
• MBA or Masters in analytics preferred for strategy roles.
• Experience with procurement, supply chain and AI-enabled solutions.
• Familiarity with governance, risk and compliance in sourcing.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end service delivery for sourcing operations, ensuring alignment with strategic procurement goals and business expectations.
• Drive operational excellence by implementing best practices, continuous improvement initiatives, and performance metrics across sourcing processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including category managers, finance, and legal to ensure seamless execution of sourcing strategies.
• Manage vendor relationships and performance, ensuring compliance with SLAs, risk mitigation, and value delivery.
• Provide leadership and guidance to sourcing teams, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and customer-centricity.
• Monitor and report on KPIs, proactively addressing issues and identifying opportunities for optimization.
• Support transformation initiatives and digital sourcing tools adoption to enhance efficiency and transparency.
