TPE de México, S. de R.L. de C.V. is seeking a Demand Planning professional to lead the monthly forecast cycle, develop robust statistical forecasts, and own KPI targets for accuracy and bias reduction.

You will collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Customer Service to align assumptions, incorporate market intelligence, and provide clear visibility into demand for capacity planning and growth initiatives across strategic accounts.

Formación

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operations, or a related field.
  • 3–5+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Customer Service, Demand Planning, Supply Chain, or a related function.
  • Intermediate level proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, and Word necessary to perform job functions.
  • Intermediate – ERP systems, EDI, and forecasting tools preferred

Responsabilidades

  • Lead demand management and forecasting processes.
  • Facilitate the monthly demand review cycle to produce a consensus forecast at appropriate levels.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Customer Service to align assumptions and reflect market intelligence.
  • Provide visibility to key customers and growth initiatives through actionable insights.
  • Support Sales leadership with customer-level insights for business reviews and internal performance evaluations.
  • Develop and maintain statistical forecasts, including historical data management and outlier correction.
  • Own demand planning KPIs and improve forecast accuracy while reducing bias.
  • Own demand rules, assumptions, forecast accuracy metrics, and KPI targets.
  • Communicate demand requirements to Capacity Planning and Finance partners.
  • Monitor demand planning performance and improve forecast quality and process efficiency.
  • Analyze variances between actual demand and forecasted demand.
  • Track changes between prior and current forecasts and document trends.
  • Provide training and support on demand planning processes and tools.
  • Develop and maintain demand scenarios and what-if analyses.
  • Identify demand risk through early warning signals and scenario planning.
  • Coordinate explanations for demand-driven extended lead times and impacts.
  • Drive continuous improvement of the SIOP process and related KPIs.
  • Support Finance and SIOP teams with budgeting and planning requirements.

Responsibilities
  • Lead best‑in‑class demand management and forecasting processes.
  • Facilitate the monthly demand review cycle to produce an aligned, consensus demand forecast at the appropriate levels.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Customer Service to align assumptions, incorporate market intelligence, and reflect changing demand drivers.
  • Provide clear visibility to key customers, strategic accounts, and growth initiatives through actionable performance insights.
  • Support Sales leadership with customer‑level insights for business reviews, strategic account discussions, and internal performance evaluations
  • Develop and maintain statistical forecasts, including historical data management and outlier correction.
  • Own demand planning KPIs and continuously improve forecast accuracy while identifying and eliminating systemic bias.
  • Own demand rules, assumptions, forecast accuracy metrics, and KPI targets.
  • Communicate demand requirements and insights to Capacity Planning and Finance partners.
  • Monitor demand planning performance and continuously improve forecast quality, process efficiency, and insight generation.
  • Analyze variances between actual demand and forecasted demand.
  • Track changes between prior and current forecasts, documenting trends and significant shifts for clear stakeholder communication.
  • Provide training and support on demand planning processes, tools, and methodologies as needed.
  • Develop and maintain demand scenarios and “what‑if” analyses to support planning and decision‑making.
  • Proactively identify demand risk through early warning signals,
  • scenario planning, and demand gating prior to customer commitments.
  • Coordinate explanations for demand‑driven extended lead times and customer impacts.
  • Drive continuous improvement of the SIOP process, related KPIs, and adoption of new tools and practices.
  • Support Finance and SIOP teams with supply‑chain‑related budgeting and planning requirements.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operations, or a related field.
Experience
  • 3–5+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Customer Service, Demand Planning, Supply Chain, or a related function.
Hard Skills
  • Intermediate level proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, and Word necessary to perform job functions.
