Capgemini Mexico is seeking a senior Reporting, Analytics and BI specialist to lead and optimize KPIs across a global ADAS data program. You will build dashboards, automate reports, and provide data-driven insights for project and customer stakeholders.

The role requires strong expertise in Power BI, Excel, SQL, data modeling, and experience with ElasticSearch stack. You’ll engage with cross-functional teams and translate requirements into executive-ready analytics while communicating in English.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in Reporting, Analytics, Business Intelligence, or Performance Management.
• Strong knowledge of Automotive and ADAS environments.
• Advanced expertise in Power BI, Excel, SQL, and data modeling.
• Experience with ElasticSearch, Kibana, Logstash, AWS OpenSearch, and DynamoDB.
• Knowledge of statistics, ML data-quality metrics, data engineering fundamentals, and CSV/JSON processing.
• Strong customer-facing and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Excellent data storytelling and presentation skills.
• Advanced English communication skills.
