MAHLE GmbH in Monterrey is seeking a seasoned Talent Acquisition professional to own full-cycle recruitment across a broad portfolio of roles, from senior and critical positions to hard-to-fill roles.

You will advise hiring leaders on strategies, market insights, and talent availability, while proactively sourcing talent and building lasting pipelines. The role emphasizes a high-touch candidate experience and collaboration with HR partners globally.

Formación

• Bachelor’s Degree in human resources management or other relevant field.
• 5+ years of extensive experience in Talent Acquisition, ideally supporting manufacturing, technical or complex corporate environments at senior level / hard-to-fill roles
• Strong stakeholder management skills and confidence influencing at all levels
• Expertise in proactive sourcing and market mapping
• A mindset that balances strategy with execution
• Passion for continuous improvement, innovation, and candidate experience
• Knowledge of ERP systems (SAP) is preferred.

• Ensure a high ‑ touch, best ‑ in ‑ class candidate experience from first contact through onboarding
• Collaborate closely with HR partners and the broader global TA community
• Represent the company externally as an authentic brand ambassador
