Danfoss is establishing a new compressor manufacturing facility in Apodaca, Nuevo León, seeking a Quality Manager to lead the quality strategy ensuring world-class products reach customers safely and reliably.

You will drive supplier quality, process controls, and final validation while collaborating with global teams to deliver innovative compressor solutions for HVAC and refrigeration. English and Spanishfluency is required to align with diverse teams and regulatory standards.

Formación

• Experience leading quality functions in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of Quality Management Systems, including ISO 9001 and IATF 16949.
• Proven ability to implement process controls, quality planning tools, and structured root-cause analysis techniques.
• Experience working with supplier quality, manufacturing processes, product validation, and reliability testing.
• Professional fluency in English and Spanish with the ability to collaborate across global and local teams.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and lead the site quality strategy and Quality Management System to ensure compliance, consistency, and continuous improvement across manufacturing operations.
• Establish and optimize process controls for welding, assembly, leak testing, painting, and final product validation to improve product quality and process capability.
• Build and manage supplier quality programs that drive reliable performance and quality standards across critical component suppliers.
• Lead and coach teams through structured problem-solving methods to eliminate root causes, reduce defects, and improve customer satisfaction.
• Define and monitor quality standards, inspection methods, and calibration systems that support reliable compressor performance and regulatory compliance.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Develop and lead the site quality strategy and Quality Management System to ensure compliance, consistency, and continuous improvement across manufacturing operations.

What We're Looking For

• Strong knowledge of Quality Management Systems, including ISO 9001 and IATF 16949, as well as auditing and corrective action methodologies.
• Proven ability to implement process controls, quality planning tools, and structured root-cause analysis techniques.
• Experience working with supplier quality, manufacturing processes, product validation, and reliability testing.
• Professional fluency in English and Spanish with the ability to collaborate across global and local teams.
