Vertiv is seeking a seasoned Program Manager to evaluate, plan, and drive execution of complex projects. You will develop cost, scope, and schedule frameworks, align customer needs with business goals, and provide guidance across financial planning and reporting processes.

The role requires proven ability to write technical reports, manage confidential information, and act as a company spokesperson for key programs. Strong communication and integrity are essential.

• Evaluates, determines, and drives program management activities for moderately to significantly complex projects
• Reviews and drives execution of innovative solutions to technical issues
• Develops cost, scope, and schedule framework for projects and program elements; ensures deliverables are met
• Supports financial planning, monitoring, scheduling, and release of technical information for program planning
• Demonstrates strong communication and presentation skills with stakeholders
• Maintains ethics and integrity in all program activities

• Evaluates, determines, and drives program management activities to manage one or more moderate to significantly complex Projects.


• Provides expertise to review and drive execution of innovative solutions to technical issues.


• Develops cost, scope, and schedule framework for projects and program elements; manages and intervenes as necessary to ensure deliverables are met.


• Provides primary support and guidance to the financial planning, monitoring, scheduling, and preparation and release of technical/schedule information required for program/project planning.


• Education & Certifications:


• Bachelor’s degree in business or engineering discipline.


• Requirements:


• Experience aligning customer needs with business competencies to drive growth in both existing programs and emerging markets.


• Demonstrated ability to effectively write technical reports and project proposals.


• Ability to be company spokesperson for key programs.


• Ability to maintain the confidentiality of sensitive Company and personal information.


• Personally motivated to achieve organization goals.


• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.


• Demonstrating Ethics and Integrity.


• Detail oriented with ability to complete tasks in timely manner.


• Skilled in problem-solving and critical thinking, with a proven track record of identifying and resolving complex problems.


• Expertise for related project management assignments is highly desired.


• Applied technical engineering or manufacturing engineering experience.


• A broad knowledge of project management processes and principles.


• Manufacturing background is highly desirable.


• Ability to integrate complex engineering and production concepts and information with project management systems and processes.


• Advanced knowledge of business concepts and principles associated with project cost and forecasting including Earned Value, Baseline Change Control,


• Proven excellence in effective communication, interactive and presentation skills


• Desired PMI certification.


• Desired GBSS certification.
