• Strong finance systems fluency: you understand reconciliations, AR workflows, financial reporting, and can model complex financial flows across systems.
• Exceptional analytical skills and ability to diagnose complex issues and design elegant solutions.
• Data-driven and outcome-oriented decision making, grounded in impact rather than intuition.

Responsabilidades

• Own the roadmap for reconciliation and customer-facing financial reporting.
• Define product solutions and work with engineering and design to deliver them.
• Partner with customer teams to understand how schools use financial reports in practice.
• Balance near-term improvements with long-term platform foundations.
• Identify the most valuable opportunities to improve financial clarity for schools.
