Trane Technologies in Monterrey (On-Site) is seeking a Machining Process Quality Engineer to develop robust machining processes for ongoing operations and NPD programs. You will drive process control, capability, and safety while coordinating capital equipment needs and supplier interactions.
Responsibilities include applying 6-Sigma, DOE, A3, and 5-Why for root cause, developing control plans, PFMEAs, JSAs, and ergonomic studies, and supporting Opex initiatives.

As a Machining Process Quality Engineer you will develop robust and reliable manufacturing processes related to machining to support regular operations, NPD programs, and productivity initiatives in Monterrey facility. The Machining PQE should constantly meet Product/Project Costs, Quality, and implementation schedule established by the project.
