NTT DATA is seeking a Senior Okta IAM Architect to lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of enterprise Okta IAM and CIAM solutions in Mexico City. You will partner with stakeholders, developers, and architects to translate complex requirements into secure identity solutions.

The role requires 5-7 years of hands-on Okta experience, deep knowledge of SSO/MFA/Lifecycle, and strong programming skills in Java, Python, or .NET. Certifications in Okta are mandatory.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cyber Security, or a related technical field.
• 5-7 years of hands-on experience developing, architecting, and deploying Okta solutions within enterprise IAM and CIAM environments.
• Deep operational knowledge of Okta features, including SSO, MFA, Access Gateway, and Lifecycle Management.
• Strong programming proficiency in languages such as Java, Python, or .NET.
• Protocols & APIs: REST APIs, SDKs, web services, and modern identity protocols (SAML 2.0, OIDC, OAuth 2.0, SCIM).
• Core Concepts: RBAC, directory virtualization, and user provisioning.
• Soft Skills: Analytical, problem-solving, and cross-functional communication.
• Certifications (Mandatory): Active Okta Certified Developer / Consultant / Technical Architect.

• Architecture & Design: Architect and design end-to-end Okta IAM and CIAM solutions tailored to organizational security and business goals.
• Feature Implementation: Configure and deploy core Okta functionalities, including SSO, MFA, Lifecycle Management, and Advanced Authorization.
• Custom Development: Build and maintain secure integrations with SaaS applications using Okta APIs, SDKs, and Workflows.
• Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams to gather technical requirements and deliver identity experiences.
• Testing & Quality Assurance: Lead testing, validation, and security auditing of all Okta deployments.
• Documentation: Author and maintain technical specifications and deployment guides.
• Support & Maintenance: Tier-3 architectural support and troubleshoot identity issues.
• Innovation: Stay current with industry trends and best practices in identity protocols.
