Genpact Ltd. in Guadalajara, MX is seeking a Sr. Network Administrator to manage wireless access, monitor, and maintain network devices. The role includes participation in an on-call rotation and supporting a Cisco-to-Juniper access point swap, in a fast-paced, innovation-driven environment. The position is full-time with hybrid work in Mexico.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in one of the listed fields is required.
• ITIL and EXIN certifications are required or strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Dedicated responsibility for handling wireless access issues across THE CLIENT estate.
• Handling network latching issues for wireless access points.
• Managing issues in OT network devices related to access, signal strength, dark spots, and dropped connections.
• Access point health monitoring, restart and service restoration.
• Support the ongoing project to swap Cisco access points for Juniper access points.
• Flexibility to participate in an on-call rotation and provide support outside regular hours, including weekends, for critical P1 and P2 incidents.
