Job summary

Resideo is seeking a materials management professional to lead end-to-end purchasing, planning and inventory control. You will ensure materials are ordered, in stock, and delivered on time while following policy and safety standards.

The role emphasizes leadership, data analysis and collaboration with purchasing, production and engineering teams to meet metrics and improve inventory performance onsite in Baja California, Tijuana.

Qualifications

• In depth experience with MRP/ERP systems.
• 5+ years in Materials or related field.
• Proficient in MS Excel.
• Ability to teach and train others.
• Experience with analyzing data.

Job description

Expertise the implementation of material purchasing, material planning, production planning, inventory control, shipping/receiving and stores functions within Resideo. You will engage in the execution and follow up with policies, procedures and material control systems. You will identify and solve problems in and out of immediate work area independently and ensure materials are ordered and in stock to meet company requirements, while maintaining acceptable inventory levels. You are expected to lead project teams within the business. Keep Resideo’s production lines moving by ensuring materials are well scheduled, evaluated and accurately delivered on time, every time. Continuously improve material management processes to drive better business results. Use your agility and ability to support clients to solve escalations and achieve metrics.

YOU MUST HAVE:

• In depth experience and expertise with MRP/ERP Systems

• Experience with analyzing data
