Danfoss Power Solutions in Querétaro, MX, is seeking a Sr. Manufacturing Engineer to develop, optimize, and standardize manufacturing processes for safe, high-quality, and cost-efficient production.

You will lead process improvements, support APQP/Pro-launch, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and apply lean tools to boost safety, quality, delivery, and efficiency. The role offers growth and mentoring within a global, inclusive environment.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical or manufacturing engineering.
• Several years of manufacturing experience (automotive preferred).
• Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement.
• Experience with SPC, PFMEA, capability studies, and root cause analysis.
• Proficiency in SAP, Excel, AutoCAD, and Minitab.
• Advanced English communication and cross-functional teamwork.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical or manufacturing engineering and several years of manufacturing experience (automotive preferred).
• Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Experience with quality tools such as SPC, PFMEA, capability studies, and root cause analysis.
• Proficiency in tools such as SAP, Excel, AutoCAD, and Minitab.
• Advanced English communication skills and ability to work effectively in cross-functional, global teams.
