Job summary

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in industrial automation and manufacturing projects.
• Strong knowledge of PLCs, HMIs, industrial networks, and manufacturing control systems.
• Hands-on experience with industrial robotics (FANUC, ABB, or similar platforms).
• Proven experience supporting automation implementation and deployment projects.
• Exposure to Smart Manufacturing, Digitalization or Industry 4.0 initiatives is desirable.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Travel up to 70% across LATAM and the United States.
• Valid U.S. Visa required.
