Job summary

Newell Brands is seeking a Sr Production Supervisor to ensure manufacturing schedules are executed safely, with high quality and efficiency.

The role requires leading teams, driving continuous improvement, and coordinating across Planning, Engineering, Quality and HR to meet ISO/FSC standards. English proficiency and shift flexibility are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Electronics Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience leading manufacturing operations.
• Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies.
• Experience managing production and financial performance metrics.
• Intermediate to advanced English proficiency.
• Flexibility to work different shifts.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, lead, and develop production teams.
• Ensure compliance with operational and financial KPIs.
• Drive Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Monitor and manage key performance indicators such as OEE, Scrap, MUV, employee turnover, and absenteeism.
• Coordinate activities with Planning, Engineering, Quality, Human Resources, and other support functions.
• Lead efforts to ensure compliance with ISO and FSC standards.
