Job summary

Amsted Automotive Group in Monterey, Mexico, seeks a Sr. Human Resources Generalist to attract top talent, develop employees, drive engagement, and create an outstanding workplace experience.

You will lead recruiting, onboarding, and training programs, manage HR records and compliance, and partner with leaders on workforce planning and employee development. This is an office-based role with regular cross-functional collaboration.

• Support employee training and awareness programs related to environmental responsibilities.
• Assist with corrective actions, change management, and compliance with EMS and QMS procedures.
