Honeywell busca un Sr Field Service Supervisor para liderar el equipo de servicio en campo y garantizar entregas eficientes para nuestros clientes. Coordinará operaciones diarias, brindará asesoría técnica y promoverá mejoras continuas para la satisfacción del cliente y la excelencia operativa.

Reportará al equipo directivo y trabajará en la sede de Monterrey en un horario presencial. Supervisará la entrega del servicio, resolverá problemas complejos y optimizará operaciones mediante iniciativas

Formación

• Títulación en ingeniería relacionada (requerido).
• 3–5 años de experiencia en HVAC, BMS/BAS y servicio en campo.
• Experiencia en liderazgo dentro de servicio en campo o gestión de servicios técnicos.
• Capacidad para gestionar múltiples proyectos y priorizar tareas.

Responsabilidades

• Liderar y supervisar el equipo de servicio en campo para entregar servicios oportunos y de calidad.
• Proporcionar soporte técnico y guía a técnicos para resolver incidencias complejas.
• Coordinar con equipos multifuncionales para implementar mejoras y optimizar operaciones de servicio.

Description

As a Sr Field Service Supervisor here at Honeywell, you will lead and oversee the field service team to ensure efficient and effective service delivery to our customers. You will be responsible for managing daily operations, providing technical guidance, and driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction and operational excellence.

You will report directly to our management team and you'll work out of our Monterrey location on an on-site work schedule.

In this role, you will impact customer satisfaction and business growth by ensuring high-quality service delivery and effective team management in the field service operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the field service team to deliver timely and effective service to customers.
• Provide technical support and guidance to field service technicians to resolve complex issues.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to implement continuous improvement initiatives and optimize service operations.

Qualifications

YOU MUST HAVE

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Controls Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Equivalent field service experience may be considered.
• 3-5 years of experience in HVAC controls, Building Automation Systems, field service engineering, Application Engineering or technical service support
• Experience commissioning, maintaining, and troubleshooting HVAC systems, BMS and BAS and control platforms. / Niagara framework
• Experience in a leadership role within field service or technical service management.
• Strong technical knowledge and understanding of engineering principles related to field service.
• Proven ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects and tasks effectively.
• Experience with service delivery optimization and driving process improvements.
