The EHS Project Engineer is responsible for planning, implementing and overseeing Environmental, Health and Safety (EHS) activities throughout the execution of an assigned project. This position ensures compliance with applicable legal, corporate and customer requirements by developing risk assessments, coordinating Management of Change (MOC) processes, administering Permit to Work (PTW) systems, supervising high-risk activities and providing continuous field support to contractors and project teams. The position serves as the primary EHS resource throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring hazards are identified, risks are controlled and work is executed safely.
