Jabil in Chihuahua seeks an experienced manufacturing/automation specialist to support advanced electronics assembly. You will work with Pick & Place, screen printers, reflow ovens and automated inspection systems to ensure quality and throughput.

You will optimize processes, perform preventive and autonomous maintenance, and collaborate with suppliers on new automation modules to migrate into mass production. Equal opportunity employer.

Formación

• Experience with Pick & Place equipment setup, programming, optimization, and troubleshooting.
• Proficient in Koh Young SPI/AOI inspection systems.
• Experience with Nexim programming and SMT line support.
• Knowledge of Wave Soldering, Selective Soldering, and Hand Soldering (Point-to-Point).
• Experience with Conformal Coating applications and process control.
• Experience in preventive, corrective, and autonomous maintenance.
• Strong RCA and problem-solving skills.

• Experience with Pick & Place equipment setup, programming, optimization, and troubleshooting.

• Knowledge of Screen Printer operation and solder paste process control.

• Experience with Reflow Ovens , thermal profiling, and process optimization.

• Proficient in Koh Young SPI/AOI inspection systems.

• Experience with Nexim programming and SMT line support.

• Knowledge of Wave Soldering, Selective Soldering, and Hand Soldering (Point-to-Point) processes.

• Experience with Conformal Coating applications and process control.

• Knowledge of industrial curing and reflow ovens.

• Experience with Press-Fit assembly processes.

• Knowledge of Router and Depaneling equipment operation and troubleshooting.

• Experience with BGA Rework and Repair.

• Basic understanding of robotic arm automation and automated manufacturing solutions.

• Experience in Preventive, Corrective, and Autonomous Maintenance.

• Strong Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to troubleshoot manufacturing processes, equipment, and product quality issues.

• Experience supporting continuous improvement and production efficiency initiatives.

Develops original ideas of innovative technology and analysis practicability, leads additional new technologies to production line.
Controls progress of new technology integrated with automation projects, to ensure successful development of new technology equipment into mass production.
Participates in assessment of new automation module with suppliers, and reduces development cycle time satisfying internal clients.
Proposes improvements to efficiency of automation equipment and cost reduction.
Sets up new technology development process flow and forms. Enhances new technology to migrate to production lines.
Conducts related training of new technology for production department.
Assists each site with new technical support to meet lead time and quality of customer’s request.
