Mam de la Frontera, S.A. de C.V. in Tecate seeks a Production Engineer to manage new product processes and enhance production line efficiency. Candidates should have over 5 years of experience in large-scale EMS or Audio, and proficiency in industrial engineering methods.

The role involves resource coordination and implementing Lean methodologies to improve quality and efficiency. Familiarity with electronic product equipment and a strong command of English are essential.

Formación

• At least 5 years of Production and Manufacture Engineer work experience in large-scale EMS or Audio.
• Proficient in using Industrial Engineering methods.
• Familiar with Painting process for production and equipment.

Descripción del empleo

• Manage the introduction of new product processes, design production line layout, and achieve production capacity,
• Cross departmental resource coordination and process improvement,Continuous improvement using Lean method to improve production line lying down rate, improve production line efficiency, and enhance product quality
• Introduction of NPI new equipment, processes, and new products for mass production, including design improvement DFX suggestions during the preliminary review of new products
• Familiar with the application and introduction of production automation, with experience in operating electronic product equipment such as Wave solder machine, automatic welding machines, automatic screw machines, dispensing machines, etc
• Familiar with product SOP, Control Plan, and PFMEA, Analyze the causes of quality issues that occur in the product, propose and take preventive improvement measures
• Experience in Audio/EMS (PCBA electronic products) products or familiarity with ISO9000 is preferred
• Provide product quotation services for customers (Labor)
