TransUnion is seeking a Sr Director, Product Management – Mexico Credit Risk Solutions to lead strategy, development, and commercialization of CRS in Mexico. You will drive regional innovation, align with global standards, and manage a team delivering Core Credit, Alternative Data, and Analytics Enablement products.

The role requires guiding cross-functional teams, partnering with regional leaders, and ensuring regulatory compliance.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in STEM or related field; MBA or Master’s degree preferred.
• 15+ years of progressive experience in product management, with a strong focus on credit risk.
• Proven leadership experience in Mexico.
• Deep understanding of credit data, risk modeling, and regulatory environments in the region.
• Strong data science foundation and experience managing credit models.
• Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional product teams and driving innovation.
• Fluent in Agile methodologies and product lifecycle management.

Impact You'll Make:

The Sr Director, Product Management – Mexico Credit Risk Solutions is responsible for leading the development, strategy, and commercialization of TransUnion’s Credit Risk Solutions (CRS) in Mexico. This role is pivotal in launching and managing TransUnion’s CRS product suite into Mexico including driving regional product innovation, aligning with global standards, and delivering high-impact solutions tailored to local market needs. The incumbent will oversee the product lifecycle for Core Credit (e.g. Credit Reports, Scores), Alternative Data (e.g. Income Verification, Alternative Data Scores), Analytics Enablement (e.g. Analytics Sandbox) and Commercial (e.g. Commercial Credit Reports, Scores) ensuring they meet evolving customer demands and regulatory requirements. In this role, the incumbent will manage CRS Product Managers and Solution Consultants. They will also collaborate closely with regional leaders, data science teams, and global stakeholders to define and execute the product roadmap. This role reports into the International Head of Credit Risk Solutions with a dotted line into the LATAM Chief Product Officer and will be based in Mexico.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Market & Customer Insights
   • Track regional trends and risks across Credit, Alternative Data, Analytics, and Commercial segments.
   • Share customer feedback to guide innovation and ensure relevance.
   • Represent Credit Risk Solutions in key external and internal forums.
2. Product Strategy
   • Lead strategy and GTM alignment for all four product lines.
   • Understand and advocate for the global CRS strategy locally.
   • Inform the global CRS strategy based on regional learnings and requirements.
   • Approve new developments and build ROI-driven business cases.
   • Represent TransUnion in senior client engagements and global strategy reviews.
   • Develop talent to exceed business goals
3. Financial Planning
   • Partner with Sales and Finance to build and monitor revenue plans.
   • Present performance updates and contribute to strategic planning.
   • Roadmap Management
   • Oversee product lifecycle and cost optimization.
   • Align regional roadmaps with global tech and analytics teams.
4. GTM Execution
   • Act as domain expert for the Mexico credit market.
   • Lead Solutions Consulting to support sales and pipeline growth.
   • Drive sector-specific GTM plans and ensure sales enablement.
   • Ensure compliance with local and global regulations.

This is a hybrid position and involves regular performance of job responsibilities virtually as well as in-person at an assigned TU office location for a minimum of two days a week.
