Cognizant Consulting in Mexico is seeking a Sr Consultant – Manufacturing BA to analyze complex business information and document requirements. You will work with client teams and IT to capture business and functional needs.

This role features a hybrid work model with 3 days per week in client sites or Cognizant offices in Mexico City, Guadalajara, Monterrey, or Queretaro. You will translate requirements into user stories and create process diagrams.

About The Role

As a Sr Consultant – Manufacturing BA, you will make an impact by analyzing complex business information and understanding business processes to document business and functional level requirements. You will be a valued member of the team and work collaboratively with project team members, business, IT teams, and clients.

In This Role, You Will

• Analyze complex business information and break down concepts into smaller, comprehensible components for analysis.
• Facilitate work sessions to elicit requirements and other relevant information from Business and IT teams.
• Collaborate with teams to ensure a common understanding and effective communication (verbal and written).
• Translate functional requirements into detailed User Stories with acceptance criteria.
• Create business process flow diagrams.
• Manage stakeholder concerns and address barriers by identifying, anticipating, and mitigating risks and potential issues to prevent project delays.
