Cognizant Consulting in Mexico is seeking a Business Analyst to support technology and digital initiatives within pharma and clinical trials environments, ensuring accurate requirement definition, effective testing, and Agile delivery.

You will collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and technical teams to deliver high-quality solutions across client projects, contributing to requirement definition, testing, and Agile delivery in a global consulting environment.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst supporting technology or digital initiatives.
• Hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools such as JIRA.
• Strong experience in requirements elicitation, documentation, and stakeholder management.
• Experience supporting testing phases (SIT/UAT), defect tracking, and validation activities.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Elicit, analyze, and document business and system requirements aligned with client objectives.
• Translate business needs into functional and non-functional requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Partner with Agile teams to support sprint planning, backlog refinement, and delivery execution.

About The Role

As a Business Analyst, you will make an impact by supporting technology and digital initiatives within pharma and clinical trials environments, ensuring accurate requirement definition, effective testing, and successful Agile delivery. You will be a valued member of the Consulting team and work collaboratively with business stakeholders, product owners, and technical teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

In This Role, You Will

• Elicit, analyze, and document business and system requirements aligned with client objectives.
• Translate business needs into functional and non‑functional requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Partner with Agile teams to support sprint planning, backlog refinement, and delivery execution.
• Design and execute test plans and UAT coordination, ensuring solutions meet business expectations.
• Act as a liaison between business and technology teams to resolve issues and drive continuous improvement.

Work Model

Based on this role’s business requirements, this is a hybrid position requiring 3 days a week in a client or Cognizant office in Mexico City/Guadalajara/Monterrey/Queretaro.
