MKS is seeking a Senior Buyer in Mexico to partner with Procurement, Engineering, Planning, Quality and Commodity teams to purchase material at the best cost, on time, and with the best quality. You will report to the Procurement Supervisor and drive supplier performance and material availability.

Responsibilities include planning material movement, evaluating vendors, consolidating contracts, developing new sources, and maintaining inventory while meeting KPIs.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and good writing and oral communication skills
• CPIM and/or APICS certification preferred
• 5+ years of related experience
• Ability to remain in a stationary position for 90% of the time
• Must be able to communicate information and ideas so others will understand
• Must be able to exchange accurate information
• Operates in a professional office
• Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery
