Job summary

Lalamove in Mexico City is seeking a Senior Business Analyst/Strategist to partner with the Managing Director and cross-functional leaders to shape the future of the business. You will analyze performance, build dashboards, and drive strategic initiatives across functions.

Lead projects from concept to execution, identify growth opportunities, and provide market insights to senior leadership to accelerate expansion in a fast-growing tech environment.

Qualifications

• 3–4+ years of experience in business analytics, strategy, or related fields.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, SQL, Python, R, or BI tools.
• Excellent stakeholder management and project management abilities.
• Proactive mindset with fast-paced, high-growth environment adaptability.
• Strong written and spoken English communication.
