Job summary

TE Connectivity Ltd. is seeking an experienced Manufacturing Engineer to implement advanced manufacturing techniques and systems that maximize throughput.

The role includes researching manufacturing processes and sharing insights with senior engineers, and leading the adoption of automation and robotics on the assembly line. The candidate will design and implement processes for manufacturing equipment selection and will establish control charting to monitor machine and process capabilities and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with at least 5 years of progressive professional experience.
• Experience with automation and robotics on the assembly line.
• Ability to research manufacturing processes and share findings with senior engineers.
• Experience designing and implementing equipment selection processes.
• Familiarity with process and machine capability analysis.

What Your Background Should Look Like

Generally requires Bachelors degree in appropriate field with a minimum of 5 years of progressively responsible professional level experience; Masters degree or higher or local equivalent may be preferred at this level
