Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience with SPEI systems (SIES desirable).
• Strong sense of urgency and attention to detail.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Reasonably understand Banxico’s regulations.
• Proficient in Excel and Microsoft Office tools.

Responsibilities

• Verify operations and balances, confirm if any transactions need to be recorded in the Business Core.
• Monitor, reconcile, verify and resolve discrepancies.
• Settle same-day operations in SPEI and Business Core.
• Request proper authorizations to approve manual transactions.
• Generate daily reporting.
• Process and report returned transactions.
• Report atypical transactions to management.
• Follow regulations in internal manuals and ethics code.
• Review and update relevant manuals periodically.
