Job summary

Hilton is seeking a Maintenance Manager, Assistant Maintenance Manager, or Maintenance Supervisor in Quintana Roo to ensure safe, reliable hotel facilities. You will lead maintenance operations, supervise teams, and coordinate preventive and corrective work to deliver a high-quality guest experience.

Responsibilities include responding to complex work orders, overseeing equipment maintenance, supporting event setups, and mentoring staff to uphold safety standards and operational excellence

Responsibilities

• Respond to complex maintenance requests: Lead and coordinate the resolution of guest and team member work orders involving various hotel systems, equipment, and facilities, ensuring timely and effective solutions.
• Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance: Ensure regular inspections, testing, servicing, and repairs of hotel facilities, machinery, equipment, and systems to maintain optimal performance, safety, and operational efficiency.
• Support event setups and operations: Coordinate and supervise the setup, operation, and teardown of equipment, lighting, power systems, and other technical requirements for meetings, exhibits, and banquets.
• Document and elevate maintenance issues: Ensure accurate records of inspections, repairs, work orders, and maintenance activities, identifying major repairs, equipment replacements, and potential capital improvement projects.
• Mentor and support team members: Guide, supervise, and develop maintenance team members, promoting technical skills, operational excellence, compliance with safety standards, and proper maintenance practices.
