Element Fleet Management seeks a procurement lead to steer the acquisition of new vehicles for strategic accounts and mass-renewal projects in Monterrey. You will manage end-to-end from strategy design to commercial negotiation with multiple suppliers, integrating accessories and optimizing costs.

You will coordinate with Sales, Sourcing, Finance and Customer Service, analyze supplier performance, develop executive reports, and escalate risks as needed.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Administration, Industrial Engineering, Logistics or related field.
• +5 years in logistics or procurement in automotive or financial sectors.
• +3 years in strategic project management.
• Extensive experience with suppliers and corporate accounts.

Responsabilidades

• Design the strategic purchasing plan with multiple suppliers and accessories.
• Map requirements with the client.
• Provide advanced vehicle quotations.
• Negotiate prices, discounts and commercial terms.
• Coordinate installation of accessories and telematics.
• Manage delivery logistics.
• Monitor project timelines and implementation progress.
• Prepare annexes and complex purchase orders.
• Verify invoices for tax compliance.
• Cross-functional coordination with Sales, Sourcing, Finance and Customer Service.
• Develop executive reports and portfolio analyses.
• Participate in strategic meetings with clients.
• Escalate risks appropriately.

Este rol lidera y coordina el proceso de adquisición de vehículos nuevos para cuentas estratégicas y proyectos especiales de renovación masiva. Administra de forma integral cada proyecto, desde el diseño de estrategia hasta la negociación comercial con múltiples proveedores, integración de accesorios y optimización de costos. Representa a Element ante clientes y marcas, asegurando cumplimiento, rentabilidad y excelencia operativa.

• Diseño del plan estratégico de compra con múltiples proveedores y accesorios.
• Mapeo de requerimientos con el cliente.
• Cotización avanzada de vehículos.
• Negociación de precios, descuentos y condiciones comerciales.
• Toma de decisiones basadas en KPIs y desempeño de proveedores.
• Identificación de oportunidades de ahorro para Element.
• Coordinación de instalación de accesorios, telemetría, cambios físicos y verificaciones con distintos proveedores de accesorios.
• Gestión de logística de entrega.
• Control de avance en cronogramas de implementación.
• Generación de Anexos y órdenes de compra complejas.
• Validación fiscal de facturas.
• Carga de información en sistemas y revisión cruzada de datos.
• Resolución de incidentes con visión cliente.
• Coordinación transversal con Ventas, Sourcing, Finanzas y Servicio al Cliente.
• Desarrollo de reportes ejecutivos y análisis de portafolio.
• Participación en juntas estratégicas con clientes.
• Escalamiento oportuno de riesgos.

Educación:

• Licenciatura en Administración, Ingeniería Industrial, Logística o afín.

Experiencia:

• +5 años en logística o adquisición en sector automotriz o financiero.
• +3 años en gestión de proyectos estratégicos.
• Amplia experiencia en manejo de proveedores y cuentas corporativas.

Idiomas:

Inglés intermedio (deseable).
