Concentrix Corporation in Mexico City Downtown Insurgentes seeks a bilingual Specialist, Partner Success to enable the sales process for client products in the Mexico City territory. You will manage channel partner relationships, drive revenue, and support the sales team with training and health checks.

Responsibilities include maintaining CRM hygiene, conducting health checks, and coordinating cross-functional efforts to improve partner performance and customer experience.

Formación

• Fluent in English and Spanish, both written and spoken.
• Experience in customer success or sales-support roles.
• Strong communication and relationship-building abilities.
