LEONI Wiring Systems Mexicana S.A. de C.V. in Hermosillo, Sonora, is seeking a Recruiter to deliver end-to-end hiring processes across the site and country. You will partner with hiring managers to forecast needs, source candidates across multiple channels, and manage interviews and offers.

This role requires experience in full-cycle recruitment, strong communication in English, and proficiency with ATS systems. Benefits and onboarding support are included in the package.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, or related field.
• Experience in full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, interviewing, offer management, and onboarding.
• Knowledge of Executive Search, job analysis, recruitment metrics, and talent attraction strategies.
• Proficiency in MS Office and experience working with ATS (SuccessFactors and SmartRecruiters).
• Advanced English (C1) with strong communication.

Responsabilidades

• Delivers recruiting services at site and country level, ensuring timely and effective fulfillment of open positions.
• Partners with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, define job requirements, and develop recruitment strategies.
• Sources and attracts candidates through multiple channels, including job boards, social media, employee referrals, networking activities, and executive search methodologies.
• Conducts resume screening, interviews, and candidate assessments to evaluate qualifications, competencies, and cultural fit.
• Coordinates and facilitates the interview process between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
• Manages reference checks, employment verifications, offer negotiations, and onboarding activities for selected candidates.
• Monitors recruitment KPIs, analyzes hiring data, and supports continuous improvement initiatives to optimize recruitment processes.
• Maintains effective communication with candidates and stakeholders while ensuring compliance with company standards, procedures, and recruitment policies.
