Genpact is seeking an Specialist - F&A - AP in a hybrid Mexico-based role. You will handle end-to-end accounts payable, including posting transactions, processing PO/Non-PO invoices, and ensuring accuracy per policies. The position requires English proficiency and a finance-focused background.

The role offers day shift in Mexico with hybrid work, exposure to process improvements, and opportunities to drive AP excellence within a global AI-driven environment.

Formación

• Bachelors - Accounting, Bachelors - Commerce, Bachelors - Economics, Bachelors - Finance
• Masters - Finance in related field is advantageous
• Experience with AP processes and regulatory compliance preferred

Responsabilidades

• Calculating, posting business transactions, processing invoices and verifying financial data for AP records
• Process invoices with PO / Non-PO
• Review invoices and requisitions for payment approval
• Ensure quality of AP processes and handle non-standard country-specific processes
• Verify extensions and totals on invoices and apply discounts when applicable
• Prepare vouchers listing invoice details per accounting policies
• Identify and implement AP improvements
• Vendor reconciliation and manage vendor payments cycle, GRIR reconciliations

Job Description

• Calculating, posting business transactions, processing invoices, verifying financial data for use in maintaining accounts payable records
• Process invoices with PO / Non-PO
• Review invoices and requisitions for satisfactory payment approval
• Ensure quality of AP processes, handling of all not compliant and not standard processes within the country
• Verify and calculate all extensions and totals on invoices (calculating and taking discounts when applicable)
• Check vendor files for any previous payments and assign voucher numbers. Prepare vouchers listing invoice number, date, vendor address, item description, amount and coding per accounting policies and procedures
• Identify & implement AP improvements
• Vendor reconciliation and manage vendor payments cycle, GRIR reconciliations, Vendor advance etc
