AutoZone in Chihuahua is seeking a Credit Application Specialist to support the Credit Risk Analyst team in entering credit applications, reviewing fraud, and assisting with customer accounts and field requests. You will collaborate with sales, commercial specialists, and A/R specialists to provide information and maintain accurate records.

The role requires strong investigative abilities, excellent English communication, and proficient MS Office skills to analyze data and respond to inquiries

The Credit Application Specialist role is toprovide support to the Credit Risk Analyst team. Responsibilities will include CreditApplication data entry, fraud investigative tactics, collaboration with thesales field and ability to think outside of the box. Maintain customerdatabase, send invoice and statement copies, process correspondence, and handlereturned mail. They will be expected towork directly with the customer, field sales, commercial specialists and A/RSpecialists to provide assistance with requests for information. In addition to other assignedresponsibilities, the Administrative Support will need to be a self-starterwith strong organizational abilities.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Credit Application data entry, account setup andfraud review
• Support the Credit Risk Analyst teams for anyrequests by field
• Respond to mailedcorrespondence (s) related to the customer account.
