Responsabilidades

• Lead sourcing strategic management for medium to low value and risk categories.
• Define objectives and detailed plan for each project aligned with business requirements.
• Identify opportunities and estimate potential savings.
• Define strategic approach to unlock benefits (e.g., relationship re-engineering, volume leverage).
• Determine market approach (RFQ, e-Auction, negotiation) for merch and non-merch expenditures.
• Prepare bid analysis and recommend suppliers based on technical and commercial criteria.
• Meet with users to follow up on DCs projects (new or completed).
• Lead weekly project follow-ups with Zoners and suppliers to ensure timelines and deliverables.
• Monitor and manage contracts for awarded suppliers ensuring compliance with terms.
• Participate in weekly alignment meetings with AZ US and AZ MX Procurement teams, providing concise progress updates.
• Maintain dashboards to track project expenses, savings, and performance metrics.

Lead the sourcing strategic management process to medium to low value and risk categories including:

• Objectives definition and detailed plan for each project, in line with business requirements
• Identification of potential opportunities and benefits that may be explored including a rough estimate of potential savings.
• Strategic Approach definition on how the benefits will be unlocked (e. g. relationship re‑engineering, volume leverage, etc.)
• Market Approach on how the market will be approached (e. g. RFQ, e‑Auction, negotiation) for merch and non‑merch expenditures
• Prepare bid analysis and recommend supplier based on technical / commercial criteria
• Meetings with users to follow‑up DC´S projects (new or already completed)
• Lead weekly project follow‑ups with Zoners and suppliers to ensure timelines, deliverables, and action items remain on track.
• Monitor and manage contracts for awarded suppliers, ensuring full compliance with negotiated terms and conditions.
• Participate in weekly alignment meetings with both AZ US and AZ MX Procurement teams, providing concise updates on project progress.
• Maintain dashboard reports to track project expenses, savings, and overall performance metrics.

Qualifications
