Magna Powertrain is seeking a Senior Finance professional to support the NA Finance team in planning, budgeting, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives. The candidate should have a degree in Finance or related fields and strong Excel and SAP skills.

Experience in cost analysis, budgeting, and financial reporting is highly valued. Proficiency in English is required and familiarity with SAP/OneStream is preferred.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Engineering or related fields.
• English proficiency advanced (written and spoken).
• Desirable automotive industry experience is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Support NA Finance team in planning, budgeting, reporting and continuous improvement activities.
• Prepare and present financial analyses, budgets and cost control reports.
• Manage inventory controls, financial reporting and consolidation of financial statements.
• Proficient use of SAP, OneStream and Excel for financial planning and reporting.

Job Responsibilities:

Objetivo del Puesto Dar soporte al equipo de Finanzas NA , en áreas de Planeación , presupuesto, reporting y actividades de Mejora Continua

Perfil del puesto Escolaridad Licenciatura en, Finanzas, Ingeniería o disciplinas afines. Titulado y con Cédula

• Experiencia Requerida Deseable al menos 5 años de experiencia en la industria automotriz o equivalente.
• Experiencia en Finanzas con enfoque en Costos, Análisis de ventas, Auditoria, Manufactura, Presupuestos
• Conocimientos Específicos SAP, One stream Control de Inventarios, Reportes Financieros , Planeación y presupuestos , Interpretación de estados financieros , Consolidación de estado financieros Manejo avanzado de Excel (tablas dinámicas, macros, modelos financieros)
• Dominio de Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Administración y control de costos Elaboración y seguimiento de presupuestos Análisis y presentación de reportes financieros Gestión y priorización de múltiples tareas de forma organizada y eficiente
• Idiomas: Inglés Avanzado
