Harman International is seeking a Specialist in Configuration Management to support our North American teams from Tijuana, with experience in PLM systems and ERP data transfer. You will handle change tasks, BOM structures, and lifecycle states, while improving procedures and training across global plants.

The role requires a technical bachelor’s degree and 3+ years in an R&D environment, with strong Excel and Power BI capabilities. A hybrid office setup is offered.

Responsibilities include improving configuration and change management processes, ensuring data transfer between PLM and ERP systems, and managing our Business Management System.
