Harman International in Queretaro, Mexico, is seeking a Finance Business Partner to liaise between Finance and RFQ teams. You will support business intake, coordinate inputs, and participate in cross-functional meetings to ensure accurate cost, pricing, and risk analyses.

The role requires 3–5 years in project controlling, knowledge of SAP and Excel, and willingness to travel as needed. Office-based in Queretaro with opportunities for growth within the Harman Automotive division.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or related field.
• 3–5 years in project/business controlling, program management, or cost management.
• Basic knowledge of automotive RFI/RFQ processes.
• Skilled in SAP, financial planning tools, financial modeling, and Excel.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead RFQ intake and framing; define scope, premises and exclusions.
• Build the BC and validate inputs; perform variance analysis.
• Consolidate risks, quantify impacts, and maintain maturity ratings.
