This remote hourly contract offers flexible hours and no prior AI experience required. You will mentor analysts and content specialists, allocate tasks, ensure timely delivery, perform QA, provide constructive feedback, and coordinate with stakeholders in Spanish and English.

Qualifications

• Spanish fluency with professional English
• 2+ years of team management or leadership experience
• 3–6 years in business analysis, consulting, or domain-focused projects
• Strong analytical and research skills; ability to evaluate logical soundness and accuracy
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to give structured feedback
• Degree in Business/Finance/Economics or related field (or equivalent experience)

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of Spanish-speaking Business Analysts and Content Specialists creating AI training content
• Allocate tasks, manage workflows, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality outputs
• Conduct quality assurance reviews and refine team processes for greater efficiency
• Provide constructive performance feedback, hands-on training, and ongoing development support
• Serve as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders with clear, regular updates
• Guide creation of case studies and business scenarios across finance, e‑commerce, economics, and policy in Spanish and English
