Jobgether is seeking a Forward Deployed Engineer, AI & Analytics to embed with a client in Mexico, taking proof-of-concept analytics and AI into a production-grade platform. You will work with business and product teams to translate processes into scalable solutions, spanning data pipelines, governance, and AI-driven workflows.

Senior generalist engineer with 6+ years’ experience will lead discovery, deliver end-to-end solutions, and train client engineers while expanding AI-focused delivery

Formación

• 6+ years in software/data/ML with production ownership.
• Hands-on experience with Palantir Foundry or similar AI platforms.
• Strong Python/SQL production experience; TS/Java a plus.
• Experience in consulting or client-embedded delivery.

Responsabilidades

• Take analytics proof of concept into production across data pipelines, ontology, application development, governance, and observability.
• Work with business and product stakeholders to understand challenges and translate into scalable software and AI-driven solutions.
• Build production-grade applications, pipelines, dashboards, agent workflows, and supporting components.
• Develop AI and LLM-powered capabilities involving retrieval, tool use, evaluation, and agent-based workflows.
• Define meaningful adoption, delivery, or business-performance metrics and report outcomes to client leaders.
• Shape the roadmap from PoC toward a scalable production-ready product for broader adoption.
• Collaborate with client engineers, delivering training and knowledge transfer.
• Establish repeatable practices and playbooks for client teams to extend solutions independently.
• Present recommendations to senior stakeholders and executives.
• Contribute to AI-focused delivery capabilities across business units.
